I have banged my head against Etsy’s support and replied to one mail with the same useless advice after the other. I actually believed I was talking to an AI until they addressed me by a random name, most likely because they copy pasted a mail for another costumer and forgot to change the name 🫠🔥

So far Etsy has got my mail and my name wrong 2 times now..
