I came across a work ID badge from four years ago from my old workplace. It was just my face but I could definitely see that I lost a lot of weight based on how my face is now slimmer and less bloated. A huge improvement in a year and a half. Proud of my work so far. Still have a way to go.

Unexpectedly ran into a former colleague today at the gym. I worked with him for 10 years. Crazy that we would work together on the opposite side of the city for a decade then suddenly be going to the same gym a year and a half after last working together. Life goes full circle sometimes.
