Official 28-Day Data (24 - 30 Nov): The fifth series of #StrangerThings launched with a final audience of over 6.4 million, data from BARB reveals, up 1.9m on the 7-day numbers. #ImACeleb settled at 8.5m.

Channel 4 & 5 Top 10 (22 - 28 Dec): #GBBO leads the way with some strong numbers for its first festive special as almost 5.2 million tuned in. #AllCreaturesGreatAndSmall topped the chart for 5 with 3.1m watching.

Christmas Day Top 10: 🥇 #Amandaland - 7.1m 🥈 #TheScarecrowsWedding - 6.7m 🥉 #TheKingsSpeech - 6.4m Still a strong night for BBC One, but ITV 1 peaks in 6th place with #TheOnePercentClub and C4 takes 7th with a great rating for #GBBO’s festive outing.

Number One Show (22 - 28 Dec): The official numbers for Christmas week are in and #Amandaland came out on top with a very healthy 7.07 million viewers (up over 4m on its overnight numbers). Second place went to #TheScarecrowsWedding.

Spotify Report (02 - 08 Jan): Olivia Dean’s #ManINeed leads for the UK as she enjoys some great numbers - 3.8 million streams. 🌍 As for the global reach, Djo’s song #EndOfBeginning is performing BIG with 55 million streams worldwide. The song is 2nd place in the UK!

It is now the 11th January, which means we have hit yet another year of Ratings UK! Happy 11 YEARS! I haven’t always been the most active here and the past few years have been integral to our growth, so thank you to all for being here and enjoying tv ratings as much as I do!

Thoughts on… #StrangerThings The final season, but perhaps the most strained in quality. Despite some fabulous performances and intense moments of gore and horror, the series doesn’t quite deliver that final punch to its best potential. A decent ending, but lacking in places.

Critics on: #CanYouKeepASecret Some good feedback is going around for Dawn French’s latest zany comedy. You can watch the full series now on iPlayer!
