To cook or to BE cooked? That is the question I'm asking myself this weekend as I frantically write my gothic romance #Jayvik fic for #VampireJayvikWeek & PANIK! I have atrocious time blindness, & this week's work schedule IS NOT HELPING. But either way, I'm excited to see what everyone creates! 😀

💯 Considering writing a whole fic for #vampirejayvikweek. Royal Vampire Jayce & black sheep of the famous vampire hunter clan Viktor. I'm currently rewatching The Lord of the Rings trilogy, and it is giving me SO MANY IDEAS for new #jayvik fics. Holy crap. You have no idea. I didn't expect this, but I am 100% here for it. Time to write some outlines.

I think I'm going to start posting some of my hand written notes and fic outlines on here in addition to snippets and sneak peaks of what I'm currently writing. Yesterday I started writing an outline for one of my longer fics on paper again for the first time since I was writing fanfics exclusively in composition notebooks in HS. I... Forgot how much I enjoyed doing this. I will keep doing this. Google docs is more convenient, but this just FEELS better. 💕🩷

I've been reading a fic for the last few days. It's 12 chapters & about 1.5k words per chapter. My try hard ass genuinely forgot that writing shorter chapters is 💯 still a valid way to write fics. More chapters still tells the same story in the end. Think I'll do that for a few of these short fics.

I'm writing something with S1 A1 Jayce & MageVik atm, & the dynamic between these two is so incredibly fascinating. There's so much potential. Jayce's boundless optimism contrasted with Viktor's cripeling pragmatism, especially at his own expense. I love them. I need to put them in perdicaments.
