I am out of the house for the first time in a long time. At a bar for karaoke. May or may not sing. Its so refreshing having brain energy to be social.

I'm getting close to the first mini goal weight i set for myself early last year. Each goal is 25lbs after that, with a reward attached to it. I'm proud of how much i've lost so far while actually trying, but I know I've lost 20 some lbs since spring.
