Family is those who want to see you grow, learn and smile, and it has nothing to do with blood connections. To the people that gave you life, you only owe them the continuation of that life. Love is the unconditional support, and not the expectation of getting something in return.

Don't think I ever explained the purpose of this account. Simply put, I'm not good at anything in particular and my social skills are very lacking, but I'm very good at learning and helping others learn things. If I could help someone by giving them knowledge they could use, that'd be good enough.

Losing weight or burning far is one of the topics I get asked about a lot. There's no real simple answer that'll work like a charm. If you do tons of cardio and sweat a lot, you'll lose weight, cuz your body is dehydrated. If you cut the carbs from your diet, you'll lose weight cuz you eat less.
