So my camera's SD Card had corrupted at The Greatest Gathering with photos from The Greatest Gathering and I have finally gotten around to recovering them. Here is just a few of the recovered Photos.

This week I was working at Henley-On-Thames, helping with the crowds from the Henley Regatta. I found it really enjoyable to work, helping customers get to there destinations as quickly as possible while providing safe and on time railway. All photos taken off duty.

The day started with a short form on Henley Branch, with the 3 car 165105 operating the branch until the 4 car set formed of 165124 & 165119 could replace it around midday to provide the booked 4 coaches for the regatta.

Had a nice little run Up the ECML on LNER from Newcastle to Kings Cross on 1Y12 the 10:27 Newcastle to London Kings Cross operated by 801206.

As the planned closure of Earls Court SCC last weekend got cancelled, I thought I might as well take the chance to grab some more photos of District Line trains operating under Earls Court SCC before the line gets transferred to Hammersmith SCC with CBTC.

Back on the Late May Bank Holiday Greater Anglia where diverting via Severn Sisters and here is one of there 720 services from Alderley Edge at Turkey Street.

FE220s, units ETR004, ETR022 & ETR080 seen at Castellammare Di Stabia. Locals have certainly made the units there own.

Here we see four class 56s two in Colas Livery and the other two in a white for Ghana. The loco numbers are unkown however it was working 0Z55 the 0854 Rectory Jn (Colwick Colas) to Marchwood.

My last ride on a 455 was most certainly intresting with us losing all power at Chessington South, due to people one the line who shouldn't have been there which required a traction current discharge and then running fast from Raynes Park to Waterloo.

Had one final trip on the 455s from Wimbledon to Waterloo via Chessington South, with 5712 & 5732 doing the honours and being the last two 455s on SWRs books as 5717 & 5727 were stood down last week and 5716 & 5721 made one final trip to Derby back in Febuary. Farewell 455s 1979-2026 🫡

Locomotive Services Limited 43058 & 43049 pass Kenton on 1Z44 the 14:05 London Euston to Crewe. This was opersted as a test run to approve HSTs to run at 125mph MU limits on WCML south between London Euston and Weaver Junction just north of Crewe.

Lumo West Coast 222, 222005 passes Kenton on 5Q42 the 14:19 London Euston to Crewe. On a driver training run.

From Newcastle got the low cost open access operator Lumo back to London for £22.55 which I think is a decent deal for the 268 miles covered.
