My favorite form of exercise that I've discovered in the last month or so is just putting on music I like and lip syncing and dancing to it in my basement. It gets my heart rate up and the time just flies. I lip synced for 50 minutes non-stop just now and it was so much fun! Highly recommend

I'm proud to say that I have done some form of exercise every day this past week! It's easy mode because I was on vacation, so I had all the time in the world to find time for it, but it's still very much an achievement! 💪🏼👠🏋🏼‍♂️
