trying to make this prop in blender is difficult. a: it's a new tool and I'm not fully used to it, b: it has a bunch of details being fucked by compression meaning I can't see what's a lousy pixel and what's detail, and c: there's like 2 images of the fucking sword and they all show the same shit.

I hope there isn't too much rain on Saturday. Going in cosplay to MegaCon will be... well I'm not looking forward to getting soaking wet as 9S.

This is always going to be the problem with an ideologically agnostic platform - bad actors who want to skirt the line of what's considered acceptable behavior will push the limits and poison the well, while the safety team will have to go to further and further lengths to explain why that's fine.

Well the recent "wait, someone's breaking our community guidelines? nu-uh, no they're not." hasn't given me confidence in this platform. Are there any alternatives that people have liked?
