I had my first sauna and swim this weekend and it was fabulous. Highly recommended. After the sauna you feel so warm the cool water is such a delight. That plus the geese flying overhead and the ducks - would definitely do it again. Slept for 9 hours straight that night. #mentalhealth #health

For years I worked with To Do lists - giving myself an unrealistic number of tasks and ultimately disappointment. Now I use a Ta Dah List instead - list all the tasks you have completed, replacing that disappointment with a sense of #accomplishment. More #motivation and #selflove too. Go on try it!
