I was told for a very, very long time that I flat out just wasn't creative, from as soon as I could be graded on it and up through my teen years. To my face, on report cards, by my peers. Kind of an insane thing to hear, and definitely still affects how and where I feel comfortable sharing things!

And now that I've posted a bunch of things to main I'm just going to casually reactivate this account too. Maybe I'll try to post more frequently again...

Some context for Home, because posting that prompt made me feel really raw. Adeline's story contains a constant struggle over having autonomy of her mind and body. Her relationship with her echo and her job/soul stones is a horror story, where if her control slips, it has significant consequences.

I love seeing these but haven't ever really posted one before! Hello- I'm always tired and I always look like it. Promise I'm happy to be here anyways.

This year will be my first time attempting something like this- I'm quite excited about it!

Adeline is a pretty common name, but it has two common ways of being said and I've heard both; I personally favor and intended to be said as the French style Add-e-leen way (lore reason, Elezen heritage) rather than the normal English Add-uh-Line.

The tipping point for me to start modding was definitely hair- I was really tired of limited straight hair options with bangs I don't care for!!! To this day I still have a large hair mod library and still collect them, even if I currently mostly use the hairs I make for myself.

I cleared out all of my saved wolqotds \o/!!! Now I will know peace... for a bit.

Adeline will if it's something she views as within reason. She's not above negotiating behaviors with others, as long as it isn't either a situation where she is forced to compromise something intrinsic that she considers part of her sense of self, or an ultimatum.

I think that to the people that know her well Adeline is extremely predictable even when she's being impulsive, because her values are consistent. To people who don't understand her priority system though (and she doesn't let most people close), I think that she comes across as mildly unpredictable.

Adeline isn't a particularly difficult patient, but she absolutely hates being taken care of and tends to doctor herself. Because her background is healing, she has a very difficult time seeing any injury or sickness as anything other than a personal failure on her part, even if it's unreasonable.

This is why I answered the poly one first, because since my WoLship is a throuple; it's Horizons. Where the Land meets the Sea and Sky. One for each of them.

Some of them are- Adeline is technically one of them. Her relationship is actually a triad relationship with one of my other OCs, Esen, and then my version of Fray. While the other two sometimes entertain other partners (within boundaries and agreement), it can be VERY difficult to get Addie to.

Adeline's main classes in current story are GNB and SGE, and she combines them into something that's similar to a turret gunbreaker, with extra shielding and some casting. It allows her to split focus with minimal consequence, but solo battles and sparring tend to end up as battles of attrition.
