Even though this has been one of the shittiest months of my life, I did manage to finish my quota of 4 viewings of Event Horizon this month.

My first viewing of Event Horizon since losing my mom a few days ago. Funny how a gory horror movie becomes a familiar and safe comfort. This one (viewing number 592) is dedicated to my mom, who would never watch this movie in a million years.

Life can never EVER prepare for you for losing your mother. Tell them every day how much they mean to you. I really wish I had. It's an absolute agony being left behind.

This has been one of the most emotional rollercoaster days of my life. Holy hell. Have I slipped through some sort of dimensional gateway? I think I've caught a glimpse of what Justin saw.

So only a select few of you know this about me but I have a private lifestyle that is outside of society's norm. I use it for comfort and stress relief. I told my mother today after hiding it for decades and she accepted it 100%. If and when I feel it appropriate I may share more with you here.

Finished reading the extended version of The Stand. Great story and to date, the longest novel I've ever finished.
