To whoever out there might be wishing me or anyone I love ILL, just STOP. This ends NOW. I've had TWO fires happen close to my home, 6h apart! I fear for my 30 years of artwork, and I'm THIS CLOSE to losing my marbles to a possible hyper-vigilance that won't allow me to rest easy at night. AT ALL.

One of the things that sucks about migraine postdrome (so like... AFTER the debilitating attack) is how vague a time it can be. From how long it lasts to whether or not a migraine is gonna bounce back into being to torment you another day, should you misstep.

I seem to be having a prolonged anxiety episode and I kinda just wanna apologize for that. No one should have to deal with those things, even secondhand. Everything I poured out the past few days comes from a place that has yet to truly heal in any capacity, and I take full responsibility for it.

Anxiety bites.... I might have once more opened up a bit much in a conversation, not long ago, and I seem to be paying the price for it in a deafening silence. Hopefully one that doesn't take three years to realize just how much I messed up again, but not in what exact ways.

Man, keeping myself grounded in reality is harder than I remember from recent time. Either that or I'm just having... a DAY... I'll be fine, though. I gotta be. It was so much worse back then, and I'm just trying my best not to regress here, dangit.

If anyone saw me get a bit too introspective out loud late last night/early this morning, rest assured, I'm okay for right now. It's in my nature to question a lot of things, especially as related to the past and my slow mental growth, but I need to remember to ground myself and live in the moment.
