We're supposed to be having some extreme weather today. Please keep your fingers, toes, and any other extremities crossed for us

This was a couple days before his biopsy. I'd taken him out to get some sun and fresh air. He would get down and walk around but when he was ready to be picked up again, he would stand up and put his tiny little feet on my leg🥰

He picked out this little honey bee house at petsmart. How could I tell him no🥹

I still have a small backlog of pictures of Haku before his biopsy. I'll post them over the next few days. Please enjoy the last pictures of Haku with leg hair😭 This was after his last visit to the vet. I had taken him to a new Petsmart to play in the cat trees.

Sorry for waiting so long for this update: the whole process took 5-6 hours. He's still very sleepy and will stay that way for up to 14 hours. Since he's been home, he's eaten a little soup. In 10 days, he gets stitches out, then we start planning treatment.

Quick update: he was done with his procedure about two hours ago but they're keeping him for another 2-ish hours. They saod he did really well but they had a hard time finding his lymph nodes through his fat🥲

Well, today is biopsy day. Wish my little man good luck😭

(1/2) Update: the vet visit went well I think. Heart and lungs sound good, lymph nodes haven't gone down but they haven't gotten bigger, cough is gone. He's scheduled to go in a week from now for a biopsy, then we discuss treatment.

Today is his follow up at the new vet. I don't know what I'm expecting, I just hope I get some good news.

This picture was taken before we knew he had cancer. My brothers and I had taken him to the park and he played in the leaves. He didn't act sick at all. It's funny how differently we see things before and after.

With all the generous donations, we've been able to cover Haku's vet visit yesterday. Of course, we're incredibly grateful, but this doesn't even scratch the surface of the chemo treatment. We're going to keep trying though. In order to get anywhere close, we need to hit at least 3k.
