Some good news on the insulinoma front: bingus has been responding well to the medicine and he's got a lot more energy now. He's been going on outdoor explorations pretty regularly. He goes to the door and asks me to go out♡

He got into the quail tent while I was fixing his food. There were no quails in it and he had something to say about that.

FINALLY got answers about his blood work. Turns out, the vet had the results the whole time and simply thought she shared them with me, and marked it in our file that she did🫠 Tl;dr >>> he has insulinoma but everything else is great (except he was a little dehydrated, so now he gets soupies)

Vet got us angy. Nearly 3 weeks later and still no official blood test results and no liquid medicine :c

Since he has to eat so much now, he kinda got a lil pudgey belly. That's okay, it's cute on him🤭

I promised I would post Monday! An update: Haku was able to get on medicine, he's on a new eating schedule, I can tell he has a bit more energy but he doesn't play as much anymore. I think we're both just getting used to this is all. Here's a picture of him destroying my bed with crumbs.

There will be no beans until Monday. I'm just very tired and need a break. Love you, friends.
