The book I'm reading recommended upon waking, open your eyes, and look (or listen) to find something beautiful. Smile. I did it this morning and found a beautiful beam of sunlight. I remembered that I am alive. I smiled. And I felt joy!

Finally paying attention to my protein while weightlifting has me getting the gains that took 3 years to get before in just 4 months!

I've been doing polling & research and it seems the general consensus is that people are tired of being on their computers, social media, zoom, online learning, etc. and focusing their time on their personal lives/communities/IRL interactions. ME TOO!

First day of my clowning program was so fun! I got to act like I was experiencing my body for the first time and got to act in a scene about a holographic Heath Ledger. Excited for more!
