our trauma is so bad again that our PNES is back. had a really bad seizure event and then crashed out and slept for 18 hours 😭

the trauma shit has been pretty constant and our sleep is wack so life is half a blur. very behind on Red River but have managed to still get writing for other things done, so in a way still feel kind of okay with that. but boy. frustrated. CPTSD is never linear and always inconvenient.

ive actually been writing again. it feels amazing and its just baby steps, 90-100ish yesterday and today but still. the decision to get a dedicated writing device is a big help too. i wanted something i can easily write on when im bed ridden from my illness. its a win. been in need of those.

Fatigue hit me hard suddenly so its a bed rest day again. Been reworking 508 though so when she's done I'll post it. Then I can move on to the last two animation pieces of the prologue that feature her. Each chapter after this is going to have to be a lot less work, that's for sure 😭

I have been diligently recording for a project, the ridiculous scope of which hasn't quite set in yet. With the madness, give it time lol.

Spent the rest of the day resting in bed after audiology appointment and new piercings (second set of spider bites!). I can already feel the flare/PEM symptoms seeping in. Def frustrated that my fatigue has been keeping me on bed rest again lately too. Got a bit of animation work done though!

You've heard of waking yourself up from a nightmare by screaming. Well last night I woke myself up from a nightmare by yelling "get the f**k off me ya c**t". My Aussie accent never been so thick 💀💀💀😭

Still coasting through in a traumatised state and fatigue still keeping us in bed. But I had a fun time with our OT this afternoon. Dissociated af but still know who I am at least lol. I want to get more work done though. Doing art does help, which is a bonus.

I might be stuck working from my bed propped up on pillows in fatigue hell, but I am *finally*, finally getting back into working on Red River. Even if its slow, its something. And it feels good to do. #animation
