I dont think that Operation Black Mesa will ever come out from development. I mean, maybe if we wait, maybe, another 5 years, it will come out, but to it's time there will be delivered, Black Mesa based mod that sort of remaster of HL:OP will be there. That already happening to the Blue Shift
