Hi everyone. I've been wanting to revamp my persona for a while, so I decided to fuse my IRL self and Sakura (my main OC) together. I'll probably draw a full body reference later on, but for now, here's the concept idea, a color key, and a close up of the eyes, hairpiece, and necklace.
