Happy Grand Re-Opening to M&M meat shops on Quance. This Ward 5 gem has been in the same location for over 30 years and has been my go to for quick and ready. I joinned Kevin, Karen and team to celebrate and cut the ribbon. I stocked up on all the Gluten free items, so many options.

The newest recruits of Class 90 were officially sworn in. The city councillors have been challenged to do the Police Officers Physical Abilities Test, so I asked the recruits for advice. They said HITT excerises, Run a 5k in about 30 and sled push/pulls. Anyone know where to practice sleds?
