This was three months ago.

Attended my second protest ever. Made my own double-sided sign this time. Santa Rosa, CA, population 180,000; it is estimated we had about 3,000 people in attendance today. Cops had to close the roads. #handsoff #veteran

So today I got home and immediately gave BonBon a bath. Because he was covered in vomit. From Kali puking on him while he slept. Ahh, parenting.

It was a cold weekend and made friends of enemies for the sake of a warm bedfellow. All 4 in the 2 heated beds.

Just finished listening to the Q&A for season 1 of Woodbine @parkdalehaunts.bsky.social Delighted on the mention of the Anita Blake series. Dabel Bros did a graphic novel adaptation of the Anita Blake book and they gave a special print to employees to commemorate it. It hangs proudly on my wall.

It’s getting cold. I moved this footrest in front of the new fireplace for my own use but of course Kali and Sharky had other thoughts. This is his new spot when the heat is on.

The best “toy” you can get for your cat is another cat. Here BonBon, the blind ginger wonder, has been trying to catch Sharky’s tail for 2 minutes. He finally catches it and is rewarded with a swat and a hiss. And BonBon loved every second of it.

Love the cold mornings where the sun burns off the morning frost and you can see it vaporizing right in front of you.
