Went back and wanted to add a witch to an older BG for fun

I'd love to see more solarpunk narratives in mainstream scifi, but they sure love to portray machines as tools of war and oppression. What if fiction started to consider a future with more humane AI and healthier relations to different modes of intelligence (ie. the non-human inhabitants of Earth)?
