Why is it so hard to get a video card? I haven't built a new PC in a long, long time. I really need a new one as this old one is so limiting. FX8350... I need to find a GPU, but the 9070XT is like impossible to source. ASRock Taichi or Asus TUF, but I can't afford to be picky. No luck so far though.

Google Assistant used to be able to do a significant number of tasks on device. Then they made it require a network. It still had improvements. Gained continuous conversation mode. It was actually useful. It was AI before it was a marketing buzzword. I'm disappointed Google is trying to replace it.

Ever feel like just disappearing? I've felt so insignificant lately. Nothing I do matters. Everything evaporates. I'm tired. I'm running on empty. I try to keep going, but I'm not sure I can keep doing this. It's all so lonely. Watching friends fade, people die, & never having anyone with me.

Today is my sister's birthday. She died like a week after this day 11 years ago. Better to remember her birthday, I suppose. So many are gone. I miss them.

I've been in a sad place. Feeling sad. I can't get past it. Things are just off. I can't. I'm tired. Why is everything so, something? I've lost hope. Faith. I try. It's just so hard. The loneliness. Sense of things not working out. I don't want this to be, how things are. Blind faith gone. Longing.

I'm feeling depressed. I had hoped for a better Christmas. It's my favorite. It doesn't feel much like Christmas though. I'm tired. Stressed. Lonely. Very sad. Hope is frail. And I've somehow hurt my back, again. Again, I want to curl up. I can't. Can't keep going like this. I'm tired. But I go on.

I got a call as I was driving home after work this morning. My father died shortly before I left. So yeah. I wish I could curl up and hide. But life. I'm just going to try to get through the day.

Buy a new bed. Back was getting better. New bed made it worse. Why? This was supposed to do the opposite. I'm convinced mattress makers these days are no longer trying. Not that I feel a priority. I feel alone a lot lately. The more alone I feel, the more threatened, at the possibility of not mattering. Loss yet again. I feel hope slipping away. I want to believe. But there's so little to hold onto. How long can you keep giving more until the deficit is too much?

Things are stressful. I'm so tired. I can't keep up. Slowly pieces of life are left behind. It's frustrating. Especially as I have choices made for me that shunt what matters most aside. I overextend myself trying not to let stuff slip away. I really need energy and time to prioritize these things.

Quandary. Why a dog instead of a cat? Cats are cuter. They smell better. I had one that smelled like cinnamon! They purr! That's like 10 extra cute points. Their love might not be unconditional, but that just means it's earned. You form a bond. Comrades in life. Cat comrades! ^.^

I post here because it's quiet. It feels like an open journal. To get my thoughts out.

Meanwhile. Since things are on such a good track lately. I'm not sure what's going on. Mixed messages make me really confused. Maybe I'm just overly sensitive.
