Beware of the shifty! Makes sense that patient outcomes of #MRI targeted biopsy are different from those of systematic biopsy. Just as #PSMA PET causes #stageshift, MRI-targeted biopsy can cause #gradeshift. Both are more accurate, but we need to account for shift in prognosis. #prostatecancer
