Once again, Trump is stepping all over our Constitution. How much longer are we going to let him get away with this? How much longer are we going to put up with this? He can’t just deport or imprison people he doesn’t like, but he’ll certainly try. We need to put a stop to this now!

Durham, N.C. is underwater. Climate change is here. It’s looking like America is going to lose a lot of land to sea rise, maybe a lot more than we thought and a lot sooner. This is serious business. Wake up people! Wake up before there is no more land left, and everyone has drowned in the sea.

Trump and his whole administration are a crime ring of mobsters who all need to be removed from our government immediately. We have a gangster along the order of a modern day Al Capone running our country. This can not continue! It’s high time to do this!

At Camp Mystic, they should have evacuated everyone the day before. You don’t wait until 3 hours before an event hits to get everyone out. Even if you weren’t expecting a lot of flooding, where 8 year old little girls are involved, they shouldn’t have taken any chances.

So there have now been four 100 year rain events in the last seven days. Rivers have flooded to over 20 feet in 45 minute time frames, in Central Hill Country, Texas; Ruidoso, New Mexico; Central North Carolina; and Chicago and Cook county, Illinois. It’s climate change, folks!

Climate change is real, and hundreds of thousands more people will die from it if we don’t start addressing it with our energy policies. The earth doesn’t care whose fault it is, she will have her vengeance on all of us because of Trump with his drill baby drill policies.

Everyone, keep on fighting! Don't lose hope or get discouraged. It takes time to depose a dictator and his government. Be patient, be persistent, be strong! Stay in the fight. We will win. Good will always win out over evil in the end. Never give up or give in. Stay the course. Keep the faith.

advantages and historical successes." I'm afraid we should have acted sooner. The longer the authoritarian has to cement his new fascist government in place, the harder it becomes to remove him. And Trump is pretty far along in instituting his destruction of and changes to our democratic government

However, it's never too late for us to fight Trump, to fight an authoritarian in power. Better late than never. It just makes it a little harder that's all. But history does prove that nonviolent struggle works against authoritarian governments. That's why I keep saying for everyone who can attend

a protest to please do so. It really matters a lot. Ours is a people powered movement. Trump doesn't own America, he never will no matter how hard he tries. We don't even own America as individuals. America is owned collectively by ALL the people, all its citizens. That's what "We The People" means.

I've said it before, we far outnumber the MAGA's in this country. There are simply more of us than there are of them. We need to all rise up and roar! We need to make our voices heard, make it clear that we will not tolerate these mafia criminals, these fascists running our country.

We will kick them all out. Imagine if we could get 70,000 people all marching on Washington DC! Wouldn't that be a sight, that would really be something! I don't think we will be able to exactly make that happen, but I do want to say that I think we are doing really well in the turnout for these

protests. I want to give a great big thank you to everyone who showed up to a protest yesterday for July 4, 2025, and for the whole weekend as well! I appreciate you all so much! You make me feel proud to be an American. I encourage every one of you to keep on fighting for our democracy.

America is worth fighting for. Our values are worth fighting for. Let's make the 405,399 soldiers who sacrificed their lives in WW11 proud of us. They died so that we would have a free country to live in, a democracy. They should not have died in vain. Let's prove worthy of their sacrifice for us.

I like to call things as I see them, hence my post directly below this one. I don’t mince words, or if I do, it’s only because of censors that all these social media apps have against posting certain words. I don’t want to get my account suspended, so I’ll look for substitute words.

I see a whole lot of people posting and talking on all these social media platforms, but not a single one with any suggested organized actions as to how we might defeat this fascist takeover of our government. I’ve got to admit that I’m tired of all the talk, and want to see some actions that work.

Yes, this is tragic, but we should be looking at why it’s happening. Extreme weather events, hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, wildfires, droughts all are happening more frequently and at greater severity. Climate change is real. This makes our Federal forecasting agencies more

needed AND FULLY FUNDED than ever. Trump and his Congressional MAGA Republicans have virtually eliminated most of our national agencies designed to notify and protect the public in case of weather emergencies. Of course more people will die as a result. This is shameful! Deadly!

Those poor little girls died because Trump pretty much ended the FEMA and NWS programs. It has been reported here in a number of posts from reliable sources, that the actual amount of rain fall expected was less than really happened. The figure reported in the warning wasn’t

accurate. And we all know why. Accurate NWS forecasting is no longer possible with the funding and staff cuts to these government programs. Simply put, we are in the heart of hurricane season, and many more people will die as a result of these cuts. But that is what Trump wants!

So, we need to get Trump and his mafia crime ring administration out of office NOW! We have run out of time. To save ourselves and our democracy will require all freedom loving American people to speak up big time!! This administration must be removed by ANY means possible.

Tomorrow July 4 is another nationwide protest day. Please show up. We need 12 million people to turn out. This shouldn’t be hard to do considering that the majority of the US population is against Trump’s policies. 12 million reaches that 3.5% magic number where autocracies begin to fail. Let’s go!!

We the people need to fight back hard against this assault on us! Trump and his criminal administration are basically trying to do away with us normal Americans. That’s going to be the effect of most of Trump’s policies. We need to stop them before they can do this to us.

Protests work. Studies show that when 3.5% of the population of a country turn out to protest, it’s the number that effects societal change. No autocracies have ever survived that level of protest. Please turn out for the July 4 nationwide protests! Your life depends on it!

Our Congress is completely useless in stopping this country from walking off a cliff into autocracy. We the people will have to take care of this ourselves. Only we have the sheer numbers to take care of this. People, please show up in huge numbers at the protests tomorrow!

We don’t have a democratic Congress anymore, what we have on the Republican side is a group of rogue evil legislators kneeling down before their false God Trump, groveling at his feet like he was North Korea’s president Kim Jong Un. We might as well be in North Korea! Disgraceful!

This horrible result of the vote shows once again the cowardice of every single Congressional Republican. They always fall in line behind their dear leader Trump. They are all terrified of him and none dare to go against him. They fear his retribution if they cross him.

Lisa Murkowski is a coward who did what Trump wanted. Like all the other Republican Senators, she didn't stand up to him. She was terrified of his threats. So she caved in to Trump's wishes rather than doing what her constituents in Alaska would have wanted her to do.

I wouldn't think that the citizens of Alaska would want their state Senator to make such an unethical deal. But it looks like she never even thought about that. No, she was thinking about herself here, and not the people she represents. She wasn't thinking about what they wanted.

What I don't understand is how Lisa Murkowski could have missed a very obvious point here. How could she possibly think that her constituents in Alaska would thank her for getting them special favors, if it came at the cost of people's health care and food in other states?

We've got to find a way to put a stop to these mass kidnappings of people. We are fast becoming a banana republic, and we're making even Nicaragua look good by comparison. No other countries are doing the kinds of illegal horrifying things that Trump is doing to America.

It's unbelievable that this could happen in America, supposedly land of the free and home of the brave. It is so monstrous and makes us look like a third world country, only much much worse. This country was built on welcoming immigrants. It was largely built by immigrants.

At the end of the day, Trump and the Republicans won’t get away with this. We the people have the numbers. There are simply more of us in the majority, along the order of at least 230 million. And if we have to, we will end this nightmare by taking out this criminal government.

Americans won’t forget this betrayal. Murkowski has blood on her hands today, but so do all the Republicans in Congress who voted for this. They are all cowards and criminals. There will be vengeance for lives lost from this toxic bill. Count on it. It will happen.
