Oasis in Cardiff last night. Simply an incredible, out-of-body experience. Never known an atmosphere like it. The most joyous, life-affirming gig Iāve been to. Two hours of greatest hits. I donāt think itāll ever be surpassed for me.

Too many people fail to understand that two things can be true at the same time. Yes, Iranās nuclear program is a dangerous threat to the region. And yes, the US and Israelās interventions risk the rapid escalation of an already volatile situation. The world isnāt black and white. Itās nuanced.

My fear with the Tuchel appointment was that it smacked of panic. Why? England had just reached their second major final in three tournaments. There was no need for a revolution. Instead of carrying on the huge progress made under Southgate, it feels weāre back to square one

Went to see Sam Fender in London last night. He was sensational - a phenomenal talent. A poignant encore finished with Hypersonic Missiles. He referenced the line about kids being bombed in Gaza. Though the song was written in 2017, it has never been more relevant.

Eclipsing our record points tally and matching our highest league finish represents a successful season. Our performances tailed off at the back end, which suggests our squad lacks depth. With Huijsen and Kerkez on their way, our recruitment team will need to earn their money this summer!

I voted for Milos Kerkez as my

player of the season. Thereās so many worthy contenders, including Christie, Zaba and Huijsen, but Kerkez has been consistently brilliant this campaign. Heās resilient, tenacious, combative and creative; the ideal modern left-back. A pleasure to watch.

For supporters to boo a player whoās represented their club for all his life, just because he wants a fresh challenge, is why I really struggle with modern football.

Ten years since we won the league at the Valley. Wow. How time flies! Having missed the Bolton game, nothing was going to stop me from getting to Charlton. And what a day it was. A stunning performance and the best possible ending. The memories havenāt faded at all

Man I hope this is Roryās year. More than a decade without a major, but victory today to complete the grand slam would cement his legacy as an all-time great. Heās had so many near misses in recent years. Itās enormous pressure, but surely this has to be his time

Iām a huge fan of snooker, but Iām conflicted on seeing veterans like John Higgins still winning tournaments. Itās not his fault - he remains a brilliant player. But every sport needs new idols in order to survive. Where are snookerās?

Gareth Southgate once again shows himself to be a class act. His comments on the lack of role models for young men, and the traps into which they can fall as a result, are extremely topical. His Dimbleby lecture is well worth listening to.

I thought Zabarnyi was incredibly hard done by. The tackle wasnāt reckless; it was just unfortunate his boot slipped off the top of the ball. The referee got it right on the pitch (unusually for him yesterday). Iām not sure how the incident met the āhigh barā needed to overturn his decision

If Zelenskyy were truly a dictator, Trump would admire him because thatās what he wants to be. Trump views democratic processes, like elections, as an inconvenience. What he wants is unchecked control. He wants to be like Putin. A Russian asset is president of the USA. Itās astonishing.

Conor Bradley is a better right-back than Trent Alexander-Arnold. I will never understand the Trent hype. A very good footballer with tremendous vision, but that canāt disguise the fact that defensively, heās a liability.

Football fans love to moan about VAR, but for all its faults, that Harry Maguire winner wouldāve correctly been ruled out and nobody wouldāve had any complaints. As it is, Leicester have every right to feel aggrieved. Theyāve been robbed, through no fault of their own.

Where was this fact-checking from the MSM before the presidential race? Its failure to hold Donald Trump to account for his avalanche of lies enabled his re-election. The shitstorm about to be unleashed is a direct consequence of the mediaās inability to do its job.

Jamie Carragherās tactical analysis of us is always incredibly detailed and knowledgeable. Iāve always thought he was a fan of Andoni Iraola in particular, and the club in general. Whereas some pundits trot out the usual cliches, Carragher clearly does his research and it shows
