I had a cup of coffee with a well known record producer today. As a musician, it is so nice to compare notes & stories with people on the other side of the industry.

The story of Mr Benn Cook is: The Princess refused to eat any food until all the poor children of the kingdom came to join her for a feast. The moral is very important: We must make sure there is enough food for everybody.

On Thursday night, I went to see Hugh Cornwall. I bought Duchess when I was 12, and to hear it sung by the man that wrote the lyrics made the 58 year old me Fabulously happy.

Last night I went to a concert which was the music of John Williams. He has scored so many Fabulous films. It was a very good night.

What a genius David McKee was. The morals in every Mr Benn adventure are lifelong lessons, and extremely relevent in the modern world. I am so grateful I got to spend time with this Fabulous man.

Captain Snort has got the soldiers from Pippin Fort to help put up Windy's mill. The firemen have the ladders, the soldiers have the muscle.

Pugh, Pugh, Barney McGrew, Cuthbert, Dibble & Grubb were very helpful under the guidance of Captain Flack & the soldiers from Pippin Fort putting Windy's mill back up.

It all went to plan... Mr Rumpling met Lord Belborough in his canal boat. Windy's mill went on the boat to Treddles Wharf where it was taken to Colley's Mill by the soldiers from Pippin Fort.

What a great sight to see... Lord Belborough's steam train Bessie on the way to rescue Windy Miller's wind mill. He has his trusty butler Mr Brackett on the footplate with him.

'This is Lord Belborough. Ah... PC McGarry 452! How lovely! We haven't spoken for nearly 50 years! Bessie? No idea. I'll ask Brackett to check'

Today I went for brunch at Cecconi at Biscester Village and they had two Fabulous chandaliers. Amazing what you see when you look up!!
