It’s national chicken wing day. Didn’t have time to smoke and deep fry so I just deep fried them tonight with @sucklebuster Clucker Dust before and after deep frying. Then dipped in @fnbarbeque Prairie Gold. What a great combo. #BBQmunity

Started the day out with beef back ribs from @jtkfarms_meatshoppe using @bearandburtons W Sauce as a binder with @gulfcoastsmokebbq That Base topped with @johnhenrysbbq Brisket Rub. While that was smoking away, I whipped up some smoked and mac & cheese with a recipe from a friend. Dinner is ready
