This is easily the shortest list of Skyrim mods I have ever used but it's also the biggest overhaul possible. It removes all NPCs. The world is in ruins and now undead and high level dragons are everywhere. Playing it in survival too. It's BRUTAL and I love it.

I do one trial roulette, and we got people who can't dodge AoE, a Cure 1 White Mage, an off tank spamming provoke. Now I remember why I barely play this game anymore.
