Can you imagine? • managing your household • your family & friends & community • your job or business • or, your country/nation on a whim, as it suits you, disregarding all rules/laws/norms and even human decency to the point of individual & societal disintegration… neither can I.

Throughout the year we save all cuttings from veg/herbs ( 🧄 🌱🥕 🥦 🫜🧅🫛🥒 etc) freeze then simmer with turkey or beef bones for several hours, strain then cool & freeze for perfect stock. Soups & sauces here we come! ✨
