this is one of the more engaging fights i’ve played in an rpg in a while, aside from just being in awe that they made a song in 15/8 for this, it was just really intense. i did grind like 6 levels to get PSI shield omega, but it was still pretty intense. this game is awesome

today i learned how to count 15/8 because of mother 3

holy shit, this fight was awesome. actually really love mother 3s battle system. you really have to take full advantage of the rolling health in order to survive, i had like 3 layers of buffs and debuffs stacked, and the rhythm hits were make it or break it here. this was great

first issue i have with this game, i hate the weird whistle sound effect that plays here, it really really bothers me i don’t really know how to explain it properly other than it’s like piercing through my skull like i can’t stand it it’s so loud it’s overwhelming i’m gonna mute the game

thats the end of majin tensei. this game feels like it wants to do nothing but waste your time. it is mind numbingly slow, and its just a terrible slog through 60 stages that are all designed like ass. despite all of this, i cant bring myself to hate it. its very bad, but idk
