So that's seven of my 12 marathons in 2026 all booked up. July will see me #running the Königsschlösser Romantik Marathon in Bavaria. With views like this as a backdrop it's going to be pretty special!

A rather warm and hilly Rob Burrow Marathon in Leeds yesterday. Just a minute slower than the London Marathon 2 weeks ago in 6h 12m 37s. Not my fastest marathon by a long way but happy with that given the conditions. Next up Endure24 at the end of June then planning something special for 2026!

Just a few weeks since the wonderful Rome Marathon and this weekend will be my last long run before I start tapering for London. Then it'll be just 2 weeks to Leeds and my 9th marathon. All since heart failure 9 yrs ago.
