It's easy to keep up with blog posts, etc. from your favorite content creators. The ones you really resonate with. But it's more important to find content from new ones. Possibly even some, you may not agree with.

To be fair, Twitter was functioning a lot better than the US Government.

"Mouse movement software" -- if one of my reports resorted to this, the first question I would ask myself is why I created the environment in which that is rational behavior. It's the environment that's interfering with productivity.
