does anyone have any recommendations for cheap simple HTML webhosting that doesn't have terms and conditions that restrict what kind of art you can host? nekoweb's rules target the kind of stuff i do and i'm doubtful that neocities will be much better.

im gonna take a break from the barq #1 arc because im kinda bored of it the rest is just kinda sad and boring and im not sure right now how to present it in an interesting manner. gonna do a shorter one or two page story in the meantime!
