I feel a career change is in the near future. Not sure if that's good or bad.

Wonderful company who built my house did an amazing job allowing water to enter my garage when it rains. To make it worse, their fix made it flood even worse then if then before. I worry about moving a machine shop to my garage with the amount of water that enters after a little rain storm.
