#xfiles25days Day 24: fav movie IWTB has its moments (scratchy beard) but I adore FTF and it wins just on the basis of “what about my men!?” Also the scale, the incredible score, and getting our two heroes to the big screen 🍿. An easy choice, I just had to pick up the phone and make it happen 😉

#xfiles25days Day 22 - fav revival ep First and foremost, I am GRATEFUL we got not one, but two, revivals seasons!! M&S Meet the Were-Monster This just gives so much. Guy Mann, Kumail, red speedo, Dagoo! All wrapped up in the true horror of being human 😂 Yeah, this is how I like my Mulder.

#xfiles25days Day 15: favorite season 7 ep “Hollywood A.D.” is it perfect? No, but it’s still fun and gave us some really enjoyable moments. Scully’s run, the bubble bath, Skinman. Also, I love that this was the inspiration for David to write “Truly Like Lightning”.

#xfiles25days Day 14: favorite MOTW Virgil Incanto from “2Shy” This episode is creepy, gross, and… relatable? Especially in the world of online dating. Scully says it best: “You're more than a monster. You didn't just feed on their bodies. You fed on their minds.”

#xfiles25days Day 13 - fave s6 ep I ADORE this season, so I went with something that just makes me joyful- “The Rain King” Stealing from @mcwexlered.bsky.social but I do love the MSR sway 😍, all of the funny antics, and bonus mention for Scully’s “Irish aunt Olive” (Olive is my daughter’s name ♥️♥️)

#xfiles25days Day 10: fav S5 episode This isn’t a particularly original pick,but it has to be “Bad Blood”. It’s just SO funny. Some favorite moments: Mulder kicking the 🗑️, Scully’s 🥯 (half), Shaft, “I was drugged”, and just a KILLER score from the one and one Mark Snow. Love this episode!!!

#xfiles25days Day 9: favorite Reyes scene I picked what first came to mind which is “Improbable” mostly because it’s silly and we get to see Scully and Reyes together - we needed more of this!!!

#xfiles25days Day 8: favorite season 4 ep Ok, this is REALLY tough because we all know Season 4 is incredible, but I gotta go with “Unruhe” for giving us a creepy x-file, great cold open, and an incredibly scary villain. (Bonus for Scully in distress which is a theme I hate that I seem to love 🤦🏻‍♀️)

#xfiles25days Day 7 - fave doggett scene I think like many Philes, I’ve come to appreciate John Doggett so much more upon rewatch. Huge props to Robert Patrick for giving it his all in “release”. Love that he got to act alongside his real life wife Barbara in this emotional episode.

#xfiles25days Day 5: favorite season 3 episode Probably not the first to come to mind for most, especially with bangers like “Jose Chungs” and “Pusher” in this season, but I choose “Oubliette” such a heartbreaking episode with excellent performances across the board.
