I get to bring home this gorgeous painting by my Dad's mother, my grandmother that I never met. It is my absolute favorite painting of hers! It's a good size, 42x46" including the frame.

Molly is settling in nicely. Last night, she let Mochi (our cat) sniff and lick a back paw after a potty break. She just laid there, looked to see what was happening, then happily let the cat investigate. It was hilarious.

Last night Molly asked to get up on the couch, then almost immediately fell asleep. She needed a good nap.

Molly is home with us permanently starting tonight. Mochi (cat) has already softly voices her displeasure, but will adjust in the next week or so. It was a big day, and now it's time for a well deserved puppy nap before bed. ❤️

I made a new little friend today. The is a friend's dog, Chloe. She's super soft! She sat still on my lap for so long, I had a paw print on my leg for a while. ❤️

Yesterday evening I went to the life drawing session at the Arizona Artists Guild. I am so out of practice drawing the human figure! By the end, I was mentally exhausted from concentrating. #saholtartist #saholtstudios #susanholt #artist #lifedrawing #drawingskills #practice

Today is Bestie Day! Jennifer & I met exactly 21 years ago today. To celebrate we went to Crackers & Co for lunch. We had carrot cake as our appetizer, and BLTs for lunch. We then came back to my house and watched KPop Demon Hunters. ❤️
