The cure for anxiety is logic. I keep coming back to these pages from Harry Binswanger’s book “How We Know.” There’s a lot of useful applications for what HB says here— one of them is if you place it in the context of anxiety disorders, which detach your thoughts from reality.

I’ve come to greatly dislike Twitter. Not because of Musk himself, but IMO TW was in decline before he took over and rapidly went down the hill after— whatever the reason. In any case, what are the chances of Bluesky developing an engaged and vibrant (and hopefully less vitriolic) community like TW?
