What's you go to solution for representing the concept of pushing/pulling data in a diagram? I mean how do you differentiate when the arrows go in the same direction? Do you just label the arrows?

I wish Timescale would consider opening a region in Switzerland. I need the data hosted here, but the Timescale License prevents other cloud providers from selling managed TimescaleDB Community Edition, even in areas where they aren't deployed.

Unicon

The latest version of Unicon now allows you to set a default prefix, so you don't have to specify it all the time when using your main icon set.

I have some more ideas for Unicon, so I've decided to move it to its own GitHub org. It now lives at
github.com/unicon-rocks...
. I have also renamed the Composer package from hedger/unicon to unicon-rocks/laravel-unicon.

The latest version of Unicon introduces a preload command to preload all your icons during deployment. This ensures that even the very first render is served from the cache instead of calling the Iconify API. π

I damaged my keyboard a few days back and decided to treat myself to a Keychron K17 Pro. I was so excited by the design that I forgot to check properly what layout I was ordering. I'm now the proud owner of a US keyboard after using a Swiss ISO keyboard for most of my life.

I'm building a preload command for Unicon that will allow you to pull all icons on deployment so that your application doesn't have to make API calls to Iconify on production.

I always forget to add a .gitattributes file with export-ignore directives to my Composer packages, but I should really be more careful. In the case of my last package Unicon, this resulted in a 97.8% reduction in file size (312KB -> 7KB)!

I was a bit frustrated with the state of icon components in

#iconify
in my Blade templates. The project is fresh out of the oven; give feedback, please π¦
