was wondering why as a god gamer i was not hitting perfects every time in spin rhythm XD (perfect window is 32ms total or something close to that). found out when i connect 2 joycons to the same bluetooth adapter their sending speed fluctuates like crazy. this is fucked up.

one thing i struggle with is wanting creative projects to be 100% perfect. like in coding, its very demoralizing knowing im not making the perfect, most optimized program out there. but then I remember, having a urethra that pees is indefinitely better than one that cannot pee at all

dude does anyone else have an issue with not shipping out a finished product and instead trying to add more features. my joycon program has been 90% complete but i wont work on the 10% because thats boring shit. i wanna futz around with new ideas and completely break the existing script instead

i have been trying to get the joycons to send over mouse/temperature/battery data but have not been able to yet. Gyro, which also needs to be requested, does work fine. so I'm a little stumped as to why. also included is a little snippet of how joycons receive commands, because i think its cool

i was messing around with turning my joycons into vibrators but i accidentally gave them life instead

took a big break but i am still working on this. today i made it so reconnecting the joycons is super easy and the program does not crash if they are disconnected

im actually so happy right now someone had encountered the same issue and their fix fucking works dude the joycons just went from 60ms to 7.5ms!!!! this is INSANE they feel as good as playing on the actual switch im crying
