Dialing back my online presence has been kinda great. No Facebook, no Twitter, no TikTok. I barely acknowledge SnapChat, I use Instagram and Hevy for gym progress. And I have this. That's pretty much it. Honestly...life is alot less when you are bombarded with slop.
