Stuck in a constant loop of - I want to do things (like tai chi which is my PT, or socialising or hospital appts). Doing things requires pain meds and I end up exhausted. So then rest, and get frustrated at not being able to do things.

PSA: your chronically ill friends do not want to see you if you're ill. You're not 'letting them down', don't be a martyr and 'push through', just stay away. Whatever you've got will hit them 10 times harder, so keep it to yourself.
