Final update, my back is actually spasming so much that you can literally see the lump from the muscle on one side and the other side is flat. Also found out that I’ve got arthritis in my left shoulder

I pulled a muscle in my upper back but it actually hurts so much that I can’t put any weight on my arm or bend over or reach in front of me with me arm. If it’s not better tomorrow idk what I’m gonna do
