Josko: it was nice to win player of the year last season, but we didn’t win anything which is what I want to do. I think Kovacic is coming back to the training ground today, but maybe we’ll miss him for 3-4 months. #ManCity

Josko: I’m happy we are all fit, which makes it easier but we have a lot of work to do. We don’t want to repeat what happened last season. We want to win every game. Last season was for me the worst season, I couldn’t sleep at night. I’m glad that’s behind us. #ManCity

Pep: Erling is incredible this season, breaking records and happy for Norway. He deserves to play in a World Cup. Newcastle’s Bruno Guimaraes has been a great player for a long time, I really admire him #ManCity

Pep: I think we are feeling better going into this game after the last two games and winning at Swansea. Liverpool have had good performances too, like against Real Madrid. We have the weapons to change things from the bench if needed #ManCity

Erling: it’s a special match for me I have friends there and only good things to say about Dortmund. Cherki is a great guy with good qualities. We need to help him. He has this special talent a bit like KDB. #ManCity

Erling: my main goal in my career is to help Norway get to World Cups and Euros. I wasn’t born when it happened last. I’m the same person (kid) than I was before, more experienced of course and life. Same Eeling with more experience #ManCity

Erling: I felt really good in preseason, I felt energised. You need that to play good. I don’t see myself as being at the same level as Messi and Ronaldo, nobody can get close to them.#ManCity

Erling: I like to help the team out defensively but of course I prefer to be scoring in the other box. Just because I’m scoring goals I don’t want to claim to be something I’m not. I’m from Norway that’s how we are. #ManCity

Pep: I try to organise training and in games so he doesn’t have to run all the time so he gets less injuries and of course he helps in defence too. The young generation embraces social media and they can do what they want as long as they respect the club #ManCity

Pep: how you adapt & adjust is crucial with so many games and players. Finding a player like Haaland is difficult, someone with generosity and kindness. Of course he wants to score goals but he cares #ManCity

Pep: Haaland has played against Dortmund before. I’ve played with false nine with Messi, Number 9 with Lewandowski, not I have Haaland. We adapt to the players we have #ManCity

Pep: having Cherki & Foden together in the same team will be exciting. In some games where opponents have more physicality we will play in different ways. I’ve been so lucky with different coaches I’ve had in my career. It’s a joy to work with Pep & Kolo, they taught be a lot.
