The Dr was so lovely 🥺 i had a lil cry and told her how much i'm struggling on my periods and how scared it makes me feel when i slip into that dark place, she agrees it's PMDD so I've been put on an antidepressant, I hope it helps take the edge off. I feel less alone tho now & like i've been heard.
