My reaction to today’s Minute Cryptic..

Rewatched The Peanut Butter Falcon last night for the first time in a really long time and it still makes me beam ear to ear. What a proper good movie. One of my absolute favourites.

I finished season one of Severance last night and I can’t imagine having to wait three years to find out what happened next. What an ending. Starting season two tonight and I can’t wait.

Finally finished my GTAV replay after MONTHS. Really struggle to find the time to play games nowadays. My life is now just work, kid, sleep, repeat. Anyway, Kingdom Come Deliverance replay next and then onto KCD 2. Should take a year I reckon.

How is it Friday tomorrow?? Fastest week of my life. I feel like I’ve done absolutely nothing of any worth all week. The month is proper flying by.

Just finished the final episode of Adolescence and the final scene got me. Being a new dad has me experiencing this show in a way I never would have imagined before my son was here.

Wife said we could get a takeaway and I said no I want to cook. I’m disgusted with myself.

Haven’t written a journal entry in ages and tonight is the first time in a month I’ve been able to sit down and write. With the baby here now, (my) time is sparse and precious, so I need to start finding a new rhythm so I can write more frequently. A bit hard when all you want to do is sleep.

This new morning line up on 6 Music is really great. Nick Grimshaw is actually class and Lauren Laverne back at 10am feels right.

Missed a few episodes of Paradise since Billy’s arrival two weeks ago, but finally caught up on the last three episodes this evening and ‘The Day’ is definitely something, eh!

Scratched someone’s car in a car park today. I was mortified but left a note with my name and number on. Been up in North Yorkshire all afternoon so barely had phone signal and have been worrying all day. Got home before, saw he tried to call and called him back.

I never have time for video games anymore, but I would very much make time for an Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag remaster.

Really, really excited for this. Green Lantern, particularly Hal Jordan, was my favourite DC character growing up. Blackest Night and all the different Lantern Corps was the coolest shit I’d ever read - love all the Geoff Johns stuff. Can’t wait for this live action interpretation!
