Slack's login workflow is still completely ridiculous. New phone process: - install slack - use "login with email" - get a link - open the app - ask for the 2fa, doesn't work still not logged in - retry - cannot find any workspace - try another method "something went wrong" --> uninstall

While bootstrapping mockoon.com I'm freelancing to keep the lights on. I'm good with building MVPs, challenge a crowded roadmap, cloud cost killing, email deliverability, desktop apps distribution, and tons of other things. If you need help to ship fast and cut through the noise, let's talk!

Side project idea: "Tiny consulting" Us, indie hackers/builders/SaaS founders, frequently need to freelance on the side to keep the lights on and we also sometimes need a bit of help. The idea is a vetted platform of builders offering hourly consulting on very specific topics. An example:

Now that @mockoon.com’s monthly revenue is getting more serious, I’m on the verge of living the dream: - building my own stuff - no pointless meetings - no office politics - shipping what matters - WFH, no questions asked - choosing when (or if) I work ...but yeah, more stress 🙂

Now that my SaaS is getting traction (and customers) I have a really hard time prioritizing what I should do next. Everything seem to be of some importance. Every time I ask myself "would it move the needle?" my answer is always "probably, sooner or later, or will it? Who knows?"

Should I raise my SaaS prices because I sell in USD and I earn less after converting to EUR?
