Really brief and inaccurate blurb for a character in my world building project, I wanted to finally draw him. Enjoy my cities skylines project in the background, which is supposed to capture his city of residency to the best I could.

I love experimenting with backgrounds! This one was rather tricky but I enjoyed the experience quite a lot. Hope it captures that transition from winter into the spring lol.
