Today I made a Cajun stew (very similar to gumbo I guess) with potatoes and andouille and pork ribs. I have never made anything like that before kinda out of fear of messing up a Cajun dish but it turned out really good. I'm going to bring some to my grandma tomorrow 👍🏼👍🏼
