Raisin was given to me on Dec 5th. Bet saw him on Dec 13th. He was rehydratedfor a week prior to the appointment. By the time he got to the vet, he was either 94 or 96 g. This weekend, he shed his skin for a 2nd time, and I decided to weigh him. He has gained 48-50 g in 3 months and 4 days. 🐍

Raisin, the smaller python, had to be assist fed tonight. He spat up the mouse initially, but I tucked it back in his mouth and he eventually ate on his own. He is under 100 grams and preparing to shed. The vet I see thinks he has a chance at recovery, but we have a big hill to climb. 🐍

The smaller ball python did not look in good shape last night, but was behaving normally regardless. After a two hour soak, and adding a humid hide to the enclosure, he looks better again (after this pic was taken). I'm not losing hope. Hopefully we will have answers from the vet on Thursday 🐍
