Team Canada was the Oilers except the Oilers have Draisaiti. There was no Draisaitl, Celebrini isn’t there yet and Mackinnon’s injury perhaps was too much to overcome. The truth may hurt but blaming the one player that actually got his team to the final is infuriating.

Let’s be frank team Canada’s centre depth was supposed to be the difference. MacKinnon playing injured wasn’t creating anything 5 on 5 so Copper puts him with McDavid, Crosby gets injured. So no real depth and outside of the McDavid line nothing much happens…but they still make the final!
